When any new patient enters our office they have to fill out the patient intake forms and are then brought back to have a history and examination performed. Based upon those history and examination findings we determine the next step in our plan for your care. That next step may mean x-rays, it may mean immediately starting treatment and therapy- it is entirely dependent on each person. You see- each patient receives treatment that is specifically “tailored” to his or her own needs. If you have received chiropractic care from another practitioner in the past- our goal is to not duplicate what didn’t work (or if you had excellent success to clone the treatment as closely as possible). There are so many new treatments, new techniques, and new equipment and devices- that a chiropractor’s way of practice is ever evolving. We love a good challenge and my greatest goal as your chiropractor is to conquer and solve the problems others have been unable to solve. The exciting thing is that we are successful a lot of the time!!
If at first we don’t succeed- we continue to try new and different things that have worked on other patients in the past. We will not stop until we have exhausted all avenues in our practice. It does not take months to notice the improvement either- usually we see results within the first 6 visits in our office. I guarantee you we have seen something like your condition (XYZ) in the past and have treated it with success.
